Do something New—MIXOLOGY!!!!!

Well, after having one of the best most intoxicating drinks of my LIFE at a bar called “The Mansion” in Dallas Texas, (it might have been the company too, not sure) I had to find out what was in it. I had an experience tasting a drink from what was professionally called a “MIXOLOGIST” who did everything from muddle strawberries and mix herbs and cucumber and who knows what else…..but I had never really understood what it meant to be a “mixologist” So right then and there I was on a MISSION to uncover what this MIXOLOGY was all about.

I was determined to find out what it meant to be a MIXOLOGIST, but I was also going to DO SOMETHING NEW and learn what they do, how they create such fanciful drinks, and see if I had the talent to do it myself. Oh, and I had to wonder, why wasn’t “mixology” a college course???….if only I could have gotten credit for such a thing…..

I got my masters in Spiritual psychology, but had I only known….was there a school for  spiritual mixology?

So lift up your glass in celebration, because I achieved my goal, and tracked down one of the BEST mixologist in all of Los Angeles, who runs a fabulous place called The Martini Shop, and I got the chance to not only learn WHAT THE HECK  mixology is…but I also got the chance to DO SOMETHING TOTALLY NEW and put my natural born mixology skills to the test, and I actually created the “Dosomethingnew” cocktail!!!!!!!  click, clink, and enjoy!!!
