NEW THING-CHOCOLATE SUSHI?

For all those mid-westerners that still can NOT bear to jump on the raw fish sushi bandwagon…. I just made it alot easier. CHOCOLATE SUSHI!  And yes you can try it at HOME! ( or on the set of a commercial as I did)

Chocolate ganache center, surrounded by coconut, with chocolate shavings and toasted coconut on the outside covered in a dribble of carmel for the “sauce”.
